Biography

Ronald S. Kvitne is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with years of experience. He received his medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the Northwestern University Medical center in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Ronald Kvitne received additional specialty training in sports medicine at the prestigious Kerlan-Jobe Orthopedic Clinic in Los Angeles. Dr. Kvitne is a well-recognized expert in the field of sports medicine, specializing in the evaluation and treatment of shoulder, elbow and knee disorders and injuries.

Dr. Kvitne‘s knowledge and dedication have earned him an outstanding reputation among the most popular athletes of Southern California’s professional sports teams and organizations. He has served as the Team Physician for Los Angeles Galaxy professional soccer team, and is the Medical Director and Team Physician for the Los Angeles Kings NHL hockey team and is a consultant for UFC Mixed Martial Arts.
